Uma G Reddy - a Rotarian, dynamic serial entrepreneur and MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing & HR. With over 20 years in the corporate world and a decade in business, she has in-depth knowledge of the challenges women face in many levels. She is Founder CEO at Hiring Studios-HR Consulting & Recruitment Company, Director at Primeworth Energia –Solar, Biogas, Wind Turbines. Director - Silverhive Realtors and Management LLP. Uma believes that businesses seek efficiency and implementation; rather than just talk about feminism. This is her primary objective in founding FemmForce. Marking a groundbreaking system designed to break-free the conditioning and restrictions faced by women and empowers them to meet the quality and corporate standards expected head-on. FemmForce vision is to be the stepping stone that helps women rise to new heights, break barriers, and confidently compete in the industry with real passion and make impossible goals possible. Narasimhan M.V - Trustee
Narasimha M V, a Rotarian, seasoned HR professional with over three decades of experience in HR and Management. He is passionate about networking and has created hundreds of WhatsApp and LinkedIn groups to help people find jobs, share knowledge, and build business relationships. He has a diverse background related to various sectors that include manufacturing, hospitality, winery, NGO, textiles, poultry, logistics, education, and training. He has been associated with reputed organizations like WS Industries, ALSTOM, AREVA, Suguna Foods, Alpine Wineries, SPR Retail Chains, FSL (NGO), Zenith Textiles, Cheran Group, Rareminds, Royal Orchid Groups, and Chancery Pavilion. He is driven by his values and strives to empower women through FemmForce and mentor young students through NHRWA Trust’s Student Chapters.
Jaya Reddy - Executive Director
Jaya Reddy is an MBA (HR) graduate, with over 15 years of diverse industry experience in the corporate world and NGOs. She is also an entrepreneur and Partner in Journey Breeze International (a Tourism company). Alongside, she has been an active member of Lions Clubs International for the last 6 years, volunteering in various communities around India with the common desire to serve others and make a positive difference. Jaya strongly believes in empowering women through upskilling, providing resources, and creating opportunities for them to have control over their lives, make informed decisions, and actively participate in social, economic, and political spheres. Her passion lies in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.
